Ingredients


2 tbsp oil

1 pc onion, chopped

6 cloves garlic, chopped

2 cups ground beef

1 pc. carrots, diced

1 stalk celery, diced

1 cup all purpose cream

Begin by getting your pan nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and throw in the onion and garlic. Sauté them until you can smell the lovely aroma from the cooked vegetables. Gently place the ground beef next and just sauté them until slightly toasted.

Toss in the carrots and celery and just sauté for 2 minutes.
