Ingredients


1 pc eggplant, sliced

3 pcs tomatoes, sliced

1/2 pc zucchini, sliced

2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning

1 cup olive oil

assorted fresh herbs of your choice, roughly chopped

ground black pepper

oil for frying / grilling

400 g tri-color pasta, cooked al dente
